DISCOVERY

No two businesses are alike, and we don’t believe in templates. We start by getting to know you; your mission, your audience, your goals, and the story only your organization can tell.

PREPRODUCTION

We build a clear roadmap so every creative decision is intentional, every timeline is realistic, and your team knows exactly what to expect.

PRODUCTIOn

During the production phase, we’ll bring all our collective ideas to life! We’ll start rolling cameras, sketching designs, taking photos…whatever your organization needs!

Revision & delivery

Each project is a collaboration. We work closely with your team to fine-tune every detail, because the final touches are what turn good work into great work.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all! While nonprofits are a big part of who we serve, we also partner with growing brands, small businesses, and commercial clients. If you have a story to tell with media, we'd love to talk.

  • We offer video production, brand design, and photography. For organizations that need ongoing creative support, we also offer a retainer model called The Advocate.

  • It truly depends on the scope. A single testimonial video session can turn around in a week or so, while a brand video or larger campaign typically takes several weeks. We build out a clear timeline during preproduction so there are no surprises.

  • We strongly value transparency and consent when it comes to nonprofit storytelling. We obtain written consent before filming, give participants space to share in their own words, and ensure the final edit is accurate and honors how they want to be represented—with dignity and respect to their experience.

  • We understand the budget realities of mission-driven organizations. That’s why we keep our own overhead low, and design our projects to be cost-effective and packed with value. We're always happy to have an honest conversation about what's possible within your budget.

  • We're passionate about the nonprofit sector, and that's exactly why we've chosen to build a sustainable business around serving it well. That said, donating our services isn't something we're able to offer, but we work hard to find creative solutions within real-world budgetary constraints.   • There's no minimum size requirement to work with us. We've partnered with brands at all stages of growth, and some of our favorite projects have been helping early-stage organizations establish a visual identity that punches above their weight.

  • Honestly? The sooner, the better. Great creative work takes time and careful craftsmanship. The earlier we can get into the room with your team, the more intentional we can be about strategy, storytelling, and execution.
